Marivelle Timepiece Shipping Policy
At Marivelle Timepiece, we are dedicated to ensuring your meticulously crafted timepiece reaches you with care and efficiency. We ship directly from our certified watchmakers to your doorstep, worldwide.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Expectancy
We currently ship via International Air-Shipping.
· Estimated Delivery Time: 7 - 14 business days after dispatch.
· Important Note: This is an estimate and does not include order processing time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country's customs processing and local carrier efficiency.

4. Delivery Delays & Customs
· Potential for Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, please be aware that delays can sometimes occur due to reasons beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to: customs inspections, postal service backlogs, weather events, or regional disruptions.
· Customs & Import Duties: For international orders, any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Marivelle Timepiece has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
5. Order Tracking
You can track your order’s journey using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate in the carrier’s system after dispatch.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate. We are not responsible for orders lost or significantly delayed due to incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping will be at the customer's expense.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Marivelle Timepiece is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. We recommend providing a secure delivery address.
